Recurring house cleaning in White Rock & South Surrey
Most clients start here. You pick the day and how often you want someone in the house, and Stephanie works through the same room-by-room list every visit so nothing gets skipped on a busy week.
The checklist is the point. It carries over from visit to visit, so nobody has to be told twice which cupboard the vacuum lives in, that the guest room only needs doing once a month, or which product you would rather was not used near the dog.

Questions
About recurring house cleaning
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Most clients are not. Plenty leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code. Whatever you prefer, we agree on it in writing before the first visit.
Can I change how often you come?
Yes. Clients move between weekly and biweekly all the time, usually around holidays or when the kids are home. Just give a few days notice.
How much does cleaning cost?
$35–$40 per hour, depending on the type of work. Regular maintenance cleaning sits at the lower end. Deep cleans, post-renovation work and organizing sessions sit at the upper end because they are slower and harder on supplies. You get an hour range in writing before anything is booked.
What areas do you cover?
White Rock and South Surrey, plus the surrounding Semiahmoo Peninsula. No travel charge inside those areas. If you are a little further out, call and ask — it depends on the day.
