Can you clean around the movers?
It works better after the truck has gone, because floors and baseboards cannot be done twice. If the timing is tight, Stephanie can do kitchen and bathrooms while the last rooms are being emptied.
Do you handle carpet cleaning?
Carpets are vacuumed thoroughly but not steam cleaned. If your lease requires professional carpet cleaning, Stephanie can point you to someone local who does it.
How much does cleaning cost?
$35–$40 per hour, depending on the type of work. Regular maintenance cleaning sits at the lower end. Deep cleans, post-renovation work and organizing sessions sit at the upper end because they are slower and harder on supplies. You get an hour range in writing before anything is booked.
What areas do you cover?
White Rock and South Surrey, plus the surrounding Semiahmoo Peninsula. No travel charge inside those areas. If you are a little further out, call and ask — it depends on the day.
