Post-renovation cleaning in White Rock & South Surrey
Drywall dust gets into everything and comes back twice after a normal clean, because the first pass just moves it around. It needs a HEPA vacuum, repeated passes, and someone willing to do the room three times.
This is the clean that comes after the trades are finished and before you put the furniture back. Adhesive residue off new floors, paint spatter off hardware, stickers off appliances and window glass, dust out of every vent and track.

Questions
About post-renovation cleaning
Why does drywall dust need two visits?
Because it hangs in the air for days. Clean once and a fine layer reappears by the weekend. A second pass a few days later is what makes it stop.
Can you come while the trades are still working?
It is not worth your money. Wait until the last tool is out, otherwise you pay to clean the same room twice.
How much does cleaning cost?
$35–$40 per hour, depending on the type of work. Regular maintenance cleaning sits at the lower end. Deep cleans, post-renovation work and organizing sessions sit at the upper end because they are slower and harder on supplies. You get an hour range in writing before anything is booked.
What areas do you cover?
White Rock and South Surrey, plus the surrounding Semiahmoo Peninsula. No travel charge inside those areas. If you are a little further out, call and ask — it depends on the day.
